The mock up meeting is the next step in our design process.  All the work and Information compiled during the Initial Meeting and the R & D phase will be presented to the Client.

The Client will review all Keyword Research and Competitor Review data.  UBE, Inc. staff and the Client will determine which keywords best exhibit and reflect the services and/or products offered by the Client.  Review of competitor’s sites and discussion of Industry terms will help further explain the Client’s business.

UBE, Inc. realizes and respects the fact that you believe you are an authority in your industry and we believe that it is vital to the success of your business that you display yourself as such.  A quality storefront is key to presenting your business as a reputable member of your particular industry.  In the same sense, your website will act as an extension of your business and your largely contributes to your overall identity.  Because of this, the process of choosing your site’s Design, Structure, Color Scheme, etc. is one of the most important parts of the design project.

Site Categories and Sub Categories, as well as Navigational Structure will be discussed.  As mentioned previously, your site’s User-Friendliness is of the utmost importance.  After review of all Mock Up Meeting data, UBE, Inc. staff begins the Design & Review Phase of the project. 

Design & Review Phases

1st Design Phase
Using all the Information and data gathered throughout the previous steps, our Staff will begin to develop your site.  Following the industries generally accepted “Best Practices” (I), your site will begin to come to life.

1st Design Review
During this stage, the client reviews all Creatives (I) developed for the site’s project.  It is very important to discuss all parts of the site and expose all satisfactory or unsatisfactory pieces.  Generally, we attempt to complete the site with only 2 (two) reviews.  However, when needed, more reviews may be acceptable.

2nd Design Phase
The 2^nd Design Phase is very similar to the first design phase.  The stage is focused on solving issues discussed in the 1^st Review as well as making any necessary additions to the site structure/layout.

While design and structure is being completed, our staff will populate (enter/distribute) the Content developed by the Client.  As mentioned, UBE, Inc. will be sure to optimize this content as this Information is what helps your site rank in search engines for your applicable keywords (for more Information about ranking, keywords, etc. please see our SEO section).

2nd Design Phase
As with the first review, the Client is presented with the site and the pages therein, for review.  This is the time to review the site and assure it is ready to “Go-Live” (be available to the general public for viewing).  The desire for any other changes should be expressed now.

When the site meets the Client’s approval, we are ready for the Site Launch
